The staff were really helpful. the bar served great drinks, it offered a comfortable space. breakfast was very good. I especially liked the selection of fresh fruit.
my room's radiator was difficult to adjust. the room was quite hot, even with the window open! there was also a noticeable delay when i ordered food at the restaurant.

the breakfast was acceptable, but fresh fruit would have enhanced it.
The room felt dated. flat pillows were a problem. I had to request more. a stain on the mattress protector was not a welcome sight. I found no way to adjust the room temperature. the room became uncomfortably warm .

The staff were professional and helpful throughout my stay. The receptionist assisted efficiently with a late taxi upon checkout. The restaurant offered excellent food, I especially enjoyed the steak frites. The hotel also benefits from free parking, a considerable advantage.
The room was a bit too warm. I couldn't seem to adjust the radiator, but this was a minor issue.

My room included a comfortable, large bed and a modern bathroom with a great shower. A tv was mounted on the wall, complementing the blackout blind. The room cleanliness was definitely maintained to a high standard.

Every staff member was friendly and helpful. When I temporarily misplaced my car keys, the staff assisted promptly until they were found. They ensured all requests were handled efficiently and with a smile.

the staff were friendly! i appreciated the design and layout of the dining room. the food was excellent, i had the best fish and chips for a long time. it was also great value.
the decor in the rooms was awful. it looked like a nunnery. there was dark heavy wood and old fashioned furniture and blinds. the hallway and corridors stank of stale cigarette smoke. dirty hand prints were all over the door plates
